With the cooperation of Wengzhou area competent authorities(TSB), we found that certain bearing production factories have been participating in producing imitated products under Taiho's licensed trademark. The story broke on July 20th, 2004 when a compulsory investigation took place at a factory in WengZhou, China.

Con la colaboracion de la entidad autorizada de la area Wenzhou, hemos encontrado que varias fabricas de metales han estado participando en producir los metales falsificando con la marca registrada de Taiho. Se ha denunciado un caso en el dia 20 de julio de 2004 cuando se hizo la investigacion compulsiva con una fabrica en Wenzhou, China.

Thousands of imitated bearings with Taiho's licensed trademark were seized after the investigation. Bearings with China's and other foreign country's brand mark were also apprehended, along with stencil dies and boxes with brand marks.

Despues de la investigacion, miles de metales falsificados marcados Taiho se han embargado. Al mismo tiempo se han detenido los metales de otras marcas registradas de China y de otros paises extranjeros junto con sus mimeografos y las cajas imitadas.


An investigation will continue against the producers of these products and shops who are involved in exporting imitated products.
As for now, further legal action will be taken for those who have been involved in imitating products of Taiho's and other brand's companies.

Las investigaciones se seguiran contra aquellos fabricantes o tiendas que esten relacionados en exportar los productos imitados. Por el momento estamos tomando las acciones legales a los fabricantes quienes hayan imitado la marca Taiho u otras marcas.
