I. Handling of Personal Information
Organizing Committee of TTRF-TAIHO International Symposium on Automotive Tribology (hereinafter referred to as the "organizing committee") will handle your name, affiliation, telephone number and other information (hereinafter referred to as "personal information") as follows.

The personal information obtained at the time of registration will be used for the following purposes.
i.To confirm and contact participants as necessary for the symposium
ii.To create of a list of registrants to be accepted
iii.To prepare of name tags for use on the day of the symposium
iv.To inform on symposiums to be held in the following years
2. Required fields for registration
There are two types of registration fields: required and optional. If you do not fill in the required fields, you will
not be able to register for the symposium.
3. Disclosure, correction, and disposal of personal information
If you wish to disclose, correct, or discontinue the use of the personal information registered at the time of registration, please contact us at the address below. The disposal of such personal information will be carried out as quickly and securely as possible after the required period of time has elapsed.

II. Disclaimer
1. Cancellation of the event
The event may be cancelled without prior notice in the event that the use of facilities becomes difficult due to natural disasters, incidents, infectious diseases, etc., or in the event that the government or administrative agencies request voluntary restraint on the event, or in the event that there are unavoidable circumstances such as insufficient number of participants.
2. Changes of program
The venue, speakers, lecture times, etc. may be changed without prior notice in the event of natural disasters, accidents, or other unavoidable circumstances, such as when the use of facilities is interrupted, other lectures are delayed, or a speaker is replaced. If a speaker is absent, the lecture will be cancelled without prior notice.
3. Admission restrictions
If the number of registrations exceeds the capacity of the venue, organized committee may ask to adjust the number of participants each organization.
4. Restrictions on recording, audio recording, etc.
Audiences are prohibited from recording lectures or any similar activities.
5. Exit from the venue
The organizer reserves the right to ask any person who does not follow the organizer's instructions and engages in prohibited acts, acts that disturb third parties, or acts that interfere or threaten to interfere with the smooth operation of the lecture or other events, to leave the venue.
6. Liability
Organizing committee shall not be liable for any loss or damage incurred by the audience due to cancellation of the event, program change, lecture cancellation, illegal recording, equipment failure, order to leave the venue, etc.
Ⅰ．個人情報の取扱いについて
TTRF-TAIHO International Symposium on Automotive Tribology 事務局（以下、事務局）は、ご登録いただいた氏名、所属、電話番号等の情報（以下、「個人情報」）を、以下のように取扱いいたします。
１．個人情報の利用について
ご登録いただく際に取得する個人情報を以下の目的に利用いたします。
ⅰ.シンポジウム実施における参加者への必要な確認、連絡
ⅱ.登録者受付リストの作成
ⅲ．シンポジウム当日使用の名札の作成
ⅳ．次年以降開催のシンポジウムのご案内
２．ご登録の必須項目について
ご登録の入力項目には、必須項目と任意項目があります。必須項目に入力をいただけない場合は、参加登録をすることができません。
３．個人情報の開示、訂正、廃棄に関して
参加登録時にご登録いただいた個人情報の開示、訂正、利用停止を希望する場合には、下記の問合せ先までご連絡下さい。なお、これらの個人情報の廃棄は、必要な期間が過ぎると同時に、できるだけ速やかにかつ安全に行います。

Ⅱ．免責事項等
１．開催中止
天災、事変、感染症等により施設の使用が困難となった場合、政府および行政機関等から催事の自粛要請等があった場合、または
十分な参加者がいない等の止むを得ない事由がある場合は、予告なく開催を中止する場合があります。
２．プログラム変更
天災、事故等により施設の使用に支障が出た場合、他の講演に遅れが出た場合、講演者が交代した場合など、止むを得ない事由がある場合は、予告なく講演会場、講演者、講演時間等が変更となる場合があります。また、講演者が欠席した場合は、予告なくその講演が中止となります。
３．入場制限
会場の収容人数以上の申込みがあった場合、所属団体ごとに参加人数の調整をお願いする場合があります。
４．録画、録音等の制限
聴講者が講演の録画、録音およびこれに類する行為を行うことを禁止しております。
５．退場
主催者の指示に従わず、禁止されている行為、第三者の迷惑になるような行為または講演会 等の円滑な業務を妨げるような行為をされた場合、若しくはその怖れがある場合は、退場を求めることがあります。
６．賠償責任
開催中止、プログラム変更、講演中止、違法な録画・録音、設備不良、退場命令などにより発生した聴講者のいかなる損害に対して
も、事務局は一切の賠償責任を負いません。
