Our group operates under a system directly supervised by top management, allowing decisions to be quickly communicated and implemented across the entire group.

Efforts in safety activities

To foster a "culture of safety," supervisors and workers use workplace hazard maps as communication tools to share information about potential dangers with everyone, promoting a safer working environment. Health promotion initiatives

In promoting physical health, we provide physical and mental health education to our younger employees to get them to learn proper lifestyle habits and to our middle-aged employees to get them to learn how to prevent their muscles and other parts of their bodies from functionally declining as they age.
In promoting mental health, we provide education on mental self-care to our younger employees and education on mental health care training (attentive listening) and psychological consultation sessions hosted by certified psychologists to our senior employees for early discovery, intervention, and treatment concerning mental health.

Health & productivity management outstanding organizations recognition program

Aiming to extend healthy life expectancy, we have focused our activities on promoting regular exercise habits and have obtained our fourth certification. We will continue to enhance the work environment and systems to make it easier for employees to work, while striving to maintain and improve both their physical and mental health.
